Welcome to the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) Training Needs Assessment (TNA) Portal by the Office of Civil Defense (OCD). This is an easy-to-use online tool for individuals to determine their training needs for DRRM.

How to use this portal:

         1. Determine if the identified task applies to your job in your office of organization.
         2. If the task applies to you, choose “Yes.” Otherwise, choose “No” to skip and proceed to the next question
         3. After choosing “Yes,” rate the corresponding sub-tasks according to degree of IMPORTANCE and your level of COMPETENCE
         4. Complete all tasks and see the results.

Acknowledgement

Disaster Prevention and Mitigation



Do you develop and formulate plans, policies, guidelines, procedures, researches and other documents relevant to Disaster Risk Reduction and Management and/or Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation?
